It is not a squid, probably an odd reef or shipwreck remains as it would be 300' long by google earth measuring tools ;)
I was doing some "research" on some of the disputed islands in the South China Sea and stumbled onto a notation of the "Giant Squid" |

They are saying its 26 feet long , not 250 feet long. It is missing the longest tentacles so they think it would have been 60 feet if they had the whole thing intact.
