Rhode Island 4WD Permits

I understand that one can obtain 4WD permits for parts of Westerly and East Beach.

Question...do you need a separate permit for Westerly, or does the East Beach permit (issued by the State Park) cover Westerly as well?

Feel free to send a pm or e-mail if you don't want to post this publicly...Thanks.

Once you obtain the 4WD permit at Burlingame State Park there is no additional beach pass required for Westerly.

the ri state beaches open up sept 15th. westerly's town beach usually opens up the week after labor day sometime during the week. i've heard from several people that burlingame is requiring checks or m/o's this year. not sure though.
