Rocky Point Park
 

Good news (mostly)... Latest round of discussion has that most of the shoreline near Rocky Point will be made open space / park for public access - including to use for fishing ;)

There is some decent areas in there to access for fishing different points of the year.

The bad news, how to keep the trash out ??

The biggest mistake made by RI gov in my lifetime was that they didn't grab all of Rocky Point Park and Quonset for state parks when they were available. They will never have another chance like that.

Anyway , glad some part of Rocky point will be set aside for recreation.

nice- Im keeping my fingers crossed for the jamestown bridge project as well.. that will be a great fluke spot when its done.
