i'm not terribly familiar with RI code on lawful purchase and possession of handguns. my gut tells me it might not be an issue ... but ... it's doesn't hurt to ask the experts.

NH & Maine

Got my personal concealed permit in NH and then applied in Maine as out of stater. Took about 4 weeks but I got both now.

Clean record and a good reason to carry makes it easy.
