A second offense OUI is still only a misdemeanor here.

Would straight cocaine possession be a felony in Califruity--of all places?? Possession of a Class B here is just a misdemeanor, even as a subsequent offense.

When her career completely nose-dives, and they find her in an alley or gutter passed out or OD'ing, who will thy blame for not stopping her from that self destructive behavior?:buds:

She had coke BOTH times she was arrested. A friend of mine was the arresting officer on the first one. the first one was also a hit and run, she needs more than 1 day :lossinit:

I'm curious as to whether or not your average gang banger facing these same charges would be facing jail time at all. My suspicious mind says not.

I don't think she's that hot......

she's balmy, but not hot enough not to do time. They will still lock you up for misdemeanors...maybe 6 months, although they save that space for homeless drunkards and ill-represented city ordinance violators.

On a side note if I was drunk and high and in possesion of dust I'd still be jail.Corruption I tell you.If your good looking and have money to blow then you must be exempt from all state and town laws.
