Does anyone make a high frame (40mm etc) SiC in Titanium?

I want to build a lightish 9' rod on a 1083 Arra blank and since I am bad when it comes to gear maintenance I was looking to use titanium rather that SS gunsmoke. By high frame I am looking at about 46mm from the blank to the inside bottom of the ring on a 40mm guide.
