Almost looks like a Troublemaker Surfster....But I don't remember seeing that kind of paint scheme on them before

that's what i thought too,
 
until i looked at them side by side.. think it's different.. very different finish too.. tail wrap is epoxied, grommets are recessed.. it's really nice.. MAC, did you do this?

Is it black, with mostly blue glitter and a small amount of red and green glitter mixed in?

It's possible it could be a jpi, but it looks like it has hook hangers on the front belly hole which wouldn't be mine.

My best bet then would be a Tagger.
