That's great about the blue marlin being caught. Does anyone know a little more details of where the marlin was caught. That is a fun way to catch them, A few months ago I was chumming for tuna( yellowfin) when a 200lb blue marlin swam through our chum slick chasing skipjacks, so we through out a dead skipjack on 400lb mono leader on a fifty pound class outfit. Within 3 minutes and about twenty feet from the boat we were hooked up with a surface dancing blue marlin and we just barely had enough time to throw the anchor buoy overboard. That was first blue I ever caught on the stand still, it ended up being a very exciting fishing trip.
