had the distingt displeasure of dealing with the customer service department of my bank and paypal. it seems all c/s depts are in india. these people have very heavy and hard to understand accents and seem to work with scripts and are easily confused....try working with a confused person you can't understand :realmad:......unfreekin' real that our co's do this( and worse) to us in order to save some jack...as a country i'm afraid to say that we've learned to swallow! .........

i hear ya Don. I have a cc that has their customer service in India. I think their supervisor even read from scripts. :hs:

i've had pretty great service with chase and they speak english. :heybaby:

Don I will not do business with any company that has offshore customer service. I even pulled a mortgage on the old house because it was all swami's. If everyone did this then it would never happen and we'd have jobs in THIS country.

They finish eveything they say with YES.

It drives me NUTS.


The last time I had a problem with my computer, they got me thru it, after being on the phone for 2 hours.It was going to take a while for the download of new stuff, he weanted to call back to make sure it was ok, at 2 am..

I told him no way was anybody going to call me at 2 am to make sure iut was ok.

I dropped my largest client ;;

because they dropped their fee to get a bigger client //I told them that wasn,t my problem >.i didn,t drop my fee ;;They said you,ll now get a ton of work >> which was true / I was gettin 5 to 10 orders a day .with automatic accept ;;

I did the same thing Scott. Even paid a little extra for a "No Trade Clause" to keep my mortgage in town. Why? If I have a problem now, I can get my hands around a human neck, so no problems...
