Looks like products made in Essex, CT. I think it's called Essex Leather.

Not sure, but there is a company called www.leathermanlimited.com in Essex, CT that makes belt with fish logos. I have a leather faced one with stripers on it, very nice. Bought mine in Chatham but they sell from their website. The leather faced ones aren't shown on there site but I emailed and they still make them.
