see stuff all the time ..if I get there after the rekey & before the cleanout crew >. they make a killing >> some places its all trash /but like this place has all kinds of [things] I just don,t have the time or room or in some cases the manpower /
this has nice flower boxes /bird feeders / wicker baskets ., a pool table / A vise that has to weigh at least 25# .. a gas grille / garden hoses/ two descent wheel barrels &&& the list goes on ;;
I have a brand new >.in the box / the cabinets you sink in your wall & it has a ironing board /never been out of the box .that,s been in the truck for a couple of months /I keep forgetting about it ;

firetruck, doll. lantern . radio, dishes, rugs, money all went home today /no time for pickin & pullin : the cleanout guys will get about 2 grand to cleanout & at least that in stuff / the pool table is new / tools / two boxes of brass & copper / gas grille , commercial propane tanks , etc ..they will score /

just got another in providence / but that will be a no take // needles / trash, bottles, piles of clothes /that,s the trypical Providence & all the piping & heating will already be gone :rocketem:
