old plug identity

Anyone identify this plug? 3 3/4" long 7/8 " round and weighs 1 ounce. Screw eyes and a metal eye.

Made one out of Mahogany and only clear coated. It swims nice. This plug would really benefit from Tagger's Hydro Orientation.
