Merry x-mas you nut.

Ed I wish but I made them by hand:think:, well I kind of cheated and used a machine for the contour but I bent them by hand, well I kind of cheated and used a small box and pan break kind of like this one,
http://www.bii1.com/brakes_b2.htm
which makes the bends nice and crisp. Other than that I made them by hand, except for the slot which I used a machine for. The way I made them they would cost 10 bucks a piece in labor but it's only time. :hs:

What did you use for stock? Lets see some pictures I am nosey. Are you using the Pinchney or the BM as your inspiration. The BM's are a little bigger in dia. and lip size as far as the Conrads go, which is all I have seen in person.

Very nice.:wavey:
anyone needs some #304 stainless strips (.024" thick ) , its always free, offer is open to ALL S-B members. I think I got a bunch of 2" wide left. PM me and I will measure it if the width is really critical.

justplugit 12-22-2007 12:15 PM

Tinman is Good People. :btu:

ProfessorM 12-22-2007 12:20 PM

believe me i buy them if i can from either mike or NJ. You can't buy these as far as i know. Takes way to long to make them but if you can't buy them you have to make them and it is kind of fun. Necessity is the mother of invention.
