Round jaw pliers

I make my own round jaw pliers for forming tail loops.
The first pair I made by roughly grinding the jaw to shape and then filing it to the final shape. they worked good until my kids "borrowed" them.
I made the next pair with my stroke sander, that is a giant belt sander, open the pliers and grind away. you could also use on of the small belt sanders that are sold for metalworking.
the advantage of making your own is you only need to make one round jaw. The first bend is made with the corner of the jaw that is square then you bend the metal around the round jaw. I probably neede to take some pics to show how that works.

Great idea. If you are using a digital camera, use the Macro Feature for those photos. It should have a flower symbol.
