How do you get custom noises into the slide show. Thanks, computer illiterate.

Depending on what version of PPT you have, it's probably under "Instert" -> "Movies and Sounds" then you can pick what you want. You can have the sound play with the slide, or set it to launch when you click on an object etc...

Keep in mind, you can go tacky to downright awful quick with sounds in Powerpoint
