Playing with Foil ?

Found this post a ways back....What is playing with foil? A inlay or a stencil... Please explain,,,,,,Thanks , Jim:confused:

that was my post i think.
at that time i was useing tin foil as a stencil by cutting out slits for a mac pattern.
