Official TFCTFN Food Thread
 

OK Kids,
Time again for myself (the food nazi of the event) to start compiling the list for food for the event.
Please don't feel the need to bring something lavish...every little bit helps.
Also, remember things like plastic ware, plates, napkins, and soda. Food dosn't have to be hot, but being cooked is good. Rappin Mikey, paliaso, and I have some room in the kitchen, but it's pretty small.
Depending on how my catering equipment looks, my investment may be getting it up to snuff for the party.

I'll have to look, but I think that I still have some chafing dishes and pans from a previous party or two. I also have 4 or 5 shallow hotel pans for food if you need them. Pm me for any other details.

Thought I would make this "one plate meal" creation of mine that includes swt.ital.sausages, yukon golds, garlic, onions, stewed tom's, herbs, and wilted spinate to finish? Will bring some fresh bread to compliment the dish and it can be cooked ahead to be reheated.

Did we agree on the 23rd of FEB?

Assuming Feb 23 is the date and I can make it ... I will try to bring something ... TBA. And don't worry, it won't bark or meow.... but it might hiss ...

I will bring the scallop casserole as usual but have not seen a place yet? Is it to be in Fairhaven again or a new spot???????????

I have been awaiting only place and ride (with Fabulous O'Rouke
brothers) before letting you know I will be bringing my large
platter of grilled Ham steaks and pineapple. I brung it last year and
thunk it went over well. However, if those two Portugese brothers
are bringing some home-made delicacies I will be fasting for two--
no make it-- three days. That gives me four weeks now to save
up enough money for a beer, or two, or three. See youse there.

Not sure I am going to be able to make it but if I do i will bring some high calorie, fat ladened desert of some kind.

My wife is making a few big pans of stuffed shells for me to bring.

Green Salad and Potato Salad, put us down for that, someone just bring dressing! :D
