according to the magazine article, that is what inspired this revived model.

It is the same lure from the 50's or whenever they invented it.As with all of the Point Jude lures that I make ,I had to get an original and make a new mold from the lure and then produce them. This Cobra lure was hanging up in Habs shop along with the other bats ,cobweBs and gremlins that decorate the place. I took it down and thought "how cool is this thing?" then I turned it over and it said Point Jude on the back!:banano: ..from there I just had to find the material to make it(which was not easy) and Voila,le Cobra est ne!
