I think my main issue is uploading pics,
Do I send them to the public_html /forums/images ?

you can start an offsite account with photobucket

then you just "auto copy" the image URL

and simply paste it at S-B

which i find preferable

Send me an email with a rough outline of your plan - what you are looking to do, what you have done, and where you are stuck... Had you have asked me prior to kicking this stuff off I could have smoothed the trail a bit for you ;)

I really don't have much changed from the initial template aside from a logo at the top and a few groups, etc...
