SPAM Filter

Looking for a SPAM filtering device for our corporate network. We have the McAfee SIG3100 and it is a Piece of crap.....works great at filtering, when it works which is only about 30% of the time.

anyways I am currently looking at the Barracuda line of products but was wondering if anyone else has used a different manufacturer for these solutions.

Don't want anything client based must be a netowk device.....any suggestions are much appreciated

If you don't mind me asking what is the Pricing on it

MrHunters 02-27-2008 02:46 PM

it came out to about a $1 per user account per month with a two year contract.

It caught everything and AV is included. There servers would hold your mail for x amount of days if it lost contact with your mail server(s) which was invaluable since our connection was spotty at best. You also can set up text messaging for server alters, DOS attacks, Mail bombs, etc etc.
