I HAD a DREAM
 

I was here at S-B reading all the posts
about fish brains and sharpies
and all about bluefish ok

then i decided to watch some Scifi on TV

and fell asleep on the couch next to

the real warm woodstove.... see

because ....After reading Salty Buggers post about

the brain scanning Machine i hurried down to

my local home depot and grabbed the last one

on the shelf as they are selling like hotcakes.

the clammer code she found recently on the bathroom wall.

Daniel walks thru and attempts to locate Clammer and then asks who's in Charge here and is sent over to see the Bossman...

Then Salty Bugger acting as General Hammond of SG1 sends Professor Moriarty thru the portal to help out with technical stuff.

Dr Weir is frantic saying "we need the best bluefish expert in the world and just have to find him.....it's extremely important to us...

Paul says "NO problem" and begins to scan for the Clam man...
finding him he sends DR Weir down to fetch him back to Atlantis

and beams him up with the good Doctor

They ask Clammer to lie down in the brain scanner chair so they can learn everything he knows about bluefish and then some....

Clammer says he hid the secret Clammer cell on the outside
of space station because it's the safest place he could think of.

Next they contact NASA and ask for their best astronaut to do
an emergency space walk to retrieve the Clammer cell for Rodney
and Samantha Carter who desperately need more power.

As this is happening a huge Bluefish Raeth beast emerges from the pool only to find the Master Bigfish waiting for him with his big ole
blaster weapon and he fires

It was at this moment a big log in the woodstove shifted and made a big clunk and awoke me from my dream.......

anyways..... i just thought i'd share that with ya......

to drop 50 lbs.

the secret is in exercising your back muscles and leg your muscles getting a workout (walking will do fine )
not your belly muscles to increase your metabolism which will burn away fat...

also not going to sleep on your heaviest or largest meal of the day
is a great way to give your body additional time to burn it off before retiring
and the added benefit is that you'll sleep better with out trying to digest a big meal
and subsequently also be trying to go to sleep.

so cheer up! it's not as hard as you think... get back to gardening too
because technically thats the best exercise of all.... just don't try to do it all in one day
like i tend to do, is the important thing.
as thats a recipe for disaster... !

and i'm glad you guys were amused....trying to send out some laughter
and merriment to chase away the winter time blues is my JOB here at S-B :btu:

i just enjoy doing it with pictures as it lends itself to my over abundance of creativity.
I hope to apply that soon to plug building just for fun.
