how we need to move forward

either using your left foot or right foot first then its just one step in front of the other . this motion will propel you forward or backward . whichever you need to get from place to place or spot to spot .

Don't get me going on Rudoph....the worst possible example of a sucker we could possibly put forth to our young people.
