herring are in boston

walking across the charles yesterday by the museum, they had the locks open so the water was REALLY moving. saw a few waves of herring and a couple gulls feasting. awesome sight. never seen that many, and so early in the chuck. :)

I just got back from Weymouth. I stopped to check the Herring run there. Saw a few, but really not many. :rotf2:
