let's talk cape stripers
 
This is my first post, just got onto this site because people seem to have an idea about striper fishing. I mostly fishing the cape and islands. I mostly fish sandwich, but am always looking for new spots


Anyways, to the point. Has any one heard caught or seen any striper in the area. I am looking to head down end of april and i will post my luck, if i have any. So please let me know what you hear. a

SS84 - things are probably stirring down there in some of the holdover spots but by late April things will be happening on the schoolie front and perhaps some bigger gals as well...

Just as an FYI, some of the eastern herring runs are showing fish. It should not be long now if the weather cooperates and the water warms some. Keep us posted.
