Squibby17 04-03-2008 03:40 PM

I think I've walked back along that road on the right, After a death march that began in the parking lot and went all the way around the point until you hit sand again, I never even had a hit! :hang:

Owning it would certainly be less of a walk. I just need to work for the next 413 years to afford it.

Saltheart 04-04-2008 08:26 AM

All this for 5 easy payments of just $5 million each. And if you buy now , you get the super easy slicer , dicer free!

GattaFish 04-04-2008 01:07 PM

Someone find 249 more guys and I will be in on the group buy.....:hihi::hihi:

Hooper 04-04-2008 02:08 PM

Ok, ok....I'll do this for you guys...... I'll discount my asking price by 5% for any S-B.Com member who is interested. That should raise some interest.

lol if only a group of guys on this forum could buy that......

fishbones 04-04-2008 02:18 PM

If the 1,423 active members of this site joined together, it would be roughly $17,568.52 each to buy it. Then, a doublewide would probably be an additional $12 each. Not such a bad deal. And in this market, they would probably negotiate on the price a bit.

GattaFish 04-04-2008 05:58 PM

group buy

Ok,,,, I was a little ambitious to think 250 guys with 100k for the group buy,,,guess that is because I don't have a personal CFO to tell me how to spend,,,,:hihi::hihi:

I am still in for this group buy,,,

I know things are a little uncertain in the mortgage industry - do they do 300 year loans  ?
