Don't Forget What Day It Is
 

I can't think of a more unpretentious holiday.

The birds with gladsome voices sing,
Each its melodious lay,
And music swells each little throat
On this, the Arbor Day.
The trees put forth their greenest leaves,
On this, the Arbor Day.
And welcome now the chosen tree
Which we shall plant today.

my wife went to one.......... put on by her place of work

compared to last year .........it was a huge disappointment

not only did they NOT have the free give away tree's in tubes

but their food provided was abysmal...looked like they
took a head of iceburg lettuce and spun it in a blender
it was chopped so fine... it's composting now....:doh:
