...but Who'll be in South County this weekend??? With this cold weather we've been and ARE having...time will pass quickly...and so will the migrating fisheeez... and I for one, think that area will be spitting out some XL-fish in the next week or two....

Bloo....I'll be in Weekapaug and Misquamicut starting about 3:30/4:00 AM Saturday, staying thru sometime Sunday. I gotta run now, but I'll PM ya later with more details......

Rain on Sat. will be at east beach through napatree Sat. and try trip to southwest ledge of Block island on Sunday for the last trip of the year on the boat:D

You gonna be around tonight Bloo? Im fishing from about 11PM through dawn w/ eels. Then maybe toss some plugs in the day b/4 I head back (if Im still standing)

I wanted to fish but I have tendonitis in my elbow, stick a fork in me I am through.:(

I might be down Saturday morning or Sunday morning...

I'm fishing Tri-State with MSBA - this will be my first time in Rhody - but from what i have been told and read - - certainly not my last !!!

Nappy-time on Friday night was pathetic- - - - The wind was blowing so hard . . ya couldn't cast the way you'd like to. And when you finally got it out to a :rolleyes: respectable spot, you couldn't work the plug the way you wanted and it was up on the beach before you caught up with your slack. :af:.. No bumps Friday night...only exercise.

OK....lets hear it. WHO DID WHAT THIS WEEKEND??????.....I'm curious as @#$!#@#%^$!!! ...very disappointed I didn't find the fish I was looking for -

Hi Bloo, the wind did a job on us out on the Cape last night too :(
Had to resort to 4 oz bucktails to fish the beach in some spots, at the Race it was useless as there were no bass even close to shore anyway:( It seemed like the wind changes direction and never did lay down all night. Waves at Coast Guard were atleast 10-15' when we arrived at about 5 or so. Even if there were any bass in close to were we could reach our pathetic casts, you may not have even felt a hit since the wind was about 30 knots.

We did have some adventures traveling the washed out beaches, digging out and almost flipping over falling off the berm :smash:
Atleast it wasn't too cold out. Looks like north winds for quite a while too:( gonna send all those bass south as they ride it:( maybe a few will tuck into the ditch for a while to pick on the macs that will likely show up any day.

Wind was a bear where I was last night.

Get Fishpart to post on Friday,s trip
He,ll proably continue the one on Narragansett Bay in the report section

First we were over by your slip, looking for ducks - then we went down to old reliable Pawtuxet for the gull & goose mugging...
