Well the wife wanted a home and we've been looking for a while but we finally found one. Its a little condo in Corona Del Mar, CA.

The coolest thing about it is what i got the seller to throw in at the end! The most bad ass golf cart! i never even knew they made these things... Its street legal and can be driven on any road out here with a speed limit under 35mph.

Just thought i would share my excitment!

the trip was great. I'll make sure to get a big ol S-B sticker on it!

its got a tiny water view from the roof deck but not much... .4 miles from the beach though

Is that near the horse track??? My friend George ( Edgesportfish) and I stayed near there way back in '82...I went back for a visit in '01 I really love that area..that is where I want to live of all the places I have been.....congrats to you....

whoops...nevermind....I was at the city of Del Mar...your near Huntington Beach.....
