My brother in Hull is trying to decide weather to rent a slip at A street or can he buy one on Spinnaker Island and pay a small yearly fee like we've heard? I feel buy, you can get the base price back when you sell and the yearly fee is cheap mooring for a season. Besides the fact that I'm spoiled and like spending his money on a slip. But what do i know, I'm in Az. :crying: Whats your oppinion.:thanks:

Slips at A st are much nicer I believe as they just built them this year, also if it's rough in the bay usually Spinnaker the boats are doing alot of bouncing, also heard they will be re-opening the restaurant there and they have fuel, unless I lived closer to spinnaker I'd go A st
