Variety
It has been an interesting week up here on the N. Shore. I generally target mainly stripers this time of year but the local harbor is so chock-o-block full of baitfish that it has attracted an amazing variety of species. Just this week I have caught or witnessed being caught:
Striped Bass Mackerel Pollock Tommy Cod Squid Shad (have never seen shad in the harbor until this year) Flounder (blackbacks) Fluke The only thing that has not appeared (to my knowledge) is the Bluefish (not complaining bout that). I love June! |
cant forget dogfish
