I think one of the rules for Death Pools is that you can't pick the elderly, or the already terminally ill.

That would disqualify Kennedy, K. Richards, and Paul Newman, they are all on borrowed time as it is.

However, if you pick someone and they then become terminally ill, then my friend, the pot is good.
