Told you so. ;)

Sentencing is a formality--life w/o parole is mandatory.

maybe they could "accidentally" let him in the general population during his hour of activity?

Do you have any idea how much more it would cost us in legal fees before we could execute him--20 years down the road after a gazillion appeals in both the state and federal courts? Probably in the neighborhood of $6-$10 million dollars. It won't cost more than one million to feed and house him even if he lives to his 80s.

Ever been to a place like Walpole or Shirley? He ain't gonna have a fun time there, and he ain't ever gonna get out, except in a box at the end of his days--whenever that is. Me? I'd rather they kill me.

Should he be given a suicide option? If someone does something like this and is convicted , should we allow them an assisted suicide option vs life without parole or mandated execution?

Do you think he would take that option if available?

Would you take it if in his shoes?

It would be money well spent..Slim chance something is going to happen to him while in seclusion, but hopefully there is always that chance :soon:
