Is what I'm down. Last July I was 231, today I'm 191. Still have a ways to go to my goal of 180 but I think I can do it.
Now I need to catch a 40 this season.....LOL The "Stress Diet" really works..... |

I cut my food intake way down, I mean I eat about a quarter what I used to and I eat clean: turkey, tuna, salads etc. I try to drink water only, I do have my coffee in the am though. I try to exersize 3-4 days a week. Oh,and No alcohol.....
