October was busiest S-B month so far...
Here was our stats for October - sure, not record breaking compared to other sites, but still pretty good for the "Happy Site" :laughs:
http://striped-bass.com/images/nov2002stats1.gif http://striped-bass.com/images/nov2002stats2.gif summary - averaged over 500 uniqe visitors per day moved 9 Gb of bandwidth - scary 1.7 million hits (somewhat misleading because every images, even individual smileys are hits)... |
I think there is a correlation between that graph and the migratory pattern of the striped bass. A few winter holdovers, big push in the spring that stay thru the summer, then the big run in the fall. Fascinating stuff!

also approaching the 5000 thread

Jeeez - yer right, 4999 threads...
Scotch, I think the greatest correlation is when BM & Capesams are most like likely to post pictures of Plugs & Skunks ;) :D - that seems to create the most traffic on the site :laughs: Thanks everyone :kewl: |
Congradulations JohnR, you have made a wonderful site. Hard work does pay off!!! Way to go & thanks for giving us all a place to share in the fishing passion that we all love so much.

I agree, this is an excellent site. I post on another message board, hockeyfights.com, and during the spring I wondered if there were any fishing message boards so I searched and this was the best I found, and there for is the one I joined. :)
