BI Ferry collision yesterday

Was on the bay in the AM yesterday south of the Jamestown bridge. The fog rolled in FAST! Went from being clear at 5am to not being able to see 50 yards in front of me at 9.

From looking at the dent in the Ferry, its seems to be the coast guard's fault. The ferry is dented on port side of the bow.
