Anyone got any cool recipes or ways to cook it ???
Probably gonna try grilling some, but looking for some other suggestions.

I second the Italian dressing, A boat at my marina brought in a thresher last year and cubed a bunch of it and cooked in on the grill skewered with veggies and covered in Italian dressing, it was off the charts!!
