Tuna Reports?

So, who went over the weekend? Stiffie? Reaper? Anyone....?

I was at a kids B-Day party on Saturday.....:laugha:

I went to the NWC on Friday around 4AM....no luck at all. No tuna sightings, no birds, just a few boats and some whales breaching...and all the bait I marked was down low.

From the reports I was hearing on the radio, it sounded like it was a slow day for everyone out there.

Very little wind, so it was a nice ride out. There were some decent swells, but they were spaced apart about 11-12 seconds, so it was pretty smooth.

I did manage to lose a bird and squid bar from an apparent non-crimped sleeve...but that's a story for another post.

crossed the bank twice on our way out east for cod.
Saw nothing that would make me think of stopping the boat

We went to the NWC and SWC saturday...nothing. Sunday we went out late looking to cast to some in the 1 foot or less seas's in the bay...ended up being 6-8's.
