Today's the day.
 

Pop finally leaves the hospital for home,this time for sure.The 2 months flew.

Gonna be hard to move out and back to dad's for who knows how long.A little nervous right now.Its going to be long rest of the Summer.

Wipe, give yourself some props for being there for your family :claps:

It's not easy and not everybody has the will do what needs to be done.
