 STILL COMPUTER ILLITERATE

Question: So, I write a thread and I want to Attach one simple photo which is sitting nicely in my PC, but the photo original in the data base is way larger than the 800 x 800 allowed to Attach it to a s-b thread. How do I change or download this photo to a smaller size without destroying or editing the original data base?
Windows Vista. Zoombrowser. EOS utility. All this sounds like a foreign language to me. I think I'll turn this fangled thing off and go back to the beach...I'm more in my element. Bonds, Sauerkraut |

I am no expert but i think you have to use a program to resize the photo, this is done and then you rename the resized photo so you now have 2 sizes of the same pic so name them different names.
then you can upload it to a post maybe one of the geeks can explain better |

 send it to me

 files

computers don't let you save the same named file
in the same folder...it has to be slightly different ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unless ... to do this.... you add an A or B after the name or call it something completely different ~ or you create a new folder to save it in... just right click an empty spot on your desktop screen and select new (new what?) :point: folder and then name it otherwise it's called "new folder" by default :humpty: |

This is a basic free editor that's easy to use.
