FLW tournament canceled for Tern Harbor
 

Hi All, :call:not sure who might be fishing it, but it was the tournament that was to be held at the bass river marina, then was moved to Tern Harbor in Quincy. I went to check out some stuff and also got a call from one of our team mates and it has been CANCLED, so if you payed in any money I would be trying to get it back.

At the time they canceled only 6 boats had paid the entry fee !

Booo! Certainly aren't going to get more participation or interest if they continue canceling tourneys:hs:

How about we have our own, a little take off of the "Charters for Veterans" in June.
We call it, 1st Annual Striped-Bass.com Veterans Tournament- Thank you for our Freedom.
Since we need rules, let's make them easy, $10 bucks to enter, we will get 3 good donations for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes for men, women & juniors(under 16)
Donate all the proceeds to the wounded warriors outdoor project
To win, honor system,you need a picture(with measuring tape), if you release or weight and picture? We can make up the rules as we go along, because it is to support our veterans.

I am going fishing right now, starts now and ends....maybe this weekend?

Sounds good Chuck. Not sure how much I will be able to fish between now and the weekend. I can most likely get out on Friday.
