Good Fishermen
 

Saw a couple guys fishing today in Galilee on the way back from Block Island. They were fishing one of the piers - using live whiting - 4:00 pm. I don't know how they got live whiting - maybe they were deck hands done for the day and got it on the day boat they worked on. My wife was shopping so my son and I walked out near where they fishing - saw them bag a nice one about 30# so I walked up closer.
They were asian guys, but not googans - by any stretch.
I tell ya - that live whiting looked like the best bait under the sun.

There's nothing that catches better than live bait, even in the middle of the day
