yeah, short makes one more stealth on the rocks...

Tall means I have to take half as many steps on the rocks.....thus cutting the opportunity of turning an ankle in half!!:uhuh: Plus we can wade in deeper water...which I am guessing is what Flap is referring to?! Biggest disadvantage to being tall is when you catch a big fish.....they all look small in the pictures! There is your biggest advantage right there for being short......guys like Tagger can make a schoolie look like it weighs 40 pounds!!:bgi: Just ribbin' you Ed!

Casting momentum - the biggest advantage, like a tall pitcher. A ten foot pole cast by a tall person is launching from way up.

Short,compact,efficient,core strength=Long,Long casts, the ones you six four dudes can see land and wonder how we did it.

Flap can cast one helluva long ways. I can, of course, outcast him.........only not with the line attached.

being short you can hide easier in those secret spots. being tall you stand out like a flag pole.
