You have the Swift boat guys trashing you at every turn, there's questionable decorations in your military background, plus, you tossed those decorations over a fence at an anti-war protest where you were photographed sitting near, and paying rapt attention to, Jane Fonda, and you come out for your acceptance speech at the convention with a sappy salute that would have cost you 50 push-ups in boot camp, and "I'm John Kerry and I'm reporting for duty"

duh, you'll have to do better than that. they werent arrested for what they reported or written. Thats what the first amedment protects. They were caught up in the midst of violent protestors and arrested. During riots, police may have some trouble distinguishing between the good and bad guys.

And Im sure they were just there as impartial journalists. Im sure their gettign arrested was not in their best interest at all.
