Freakin yellow jackets this year
 

Last week my wife is standing in the middle of a parking and get's stung by a yellow jacket, no provocatin. :doh:

Leaves a rash on her hand and arm that lasts a week.

Thursday i'm cleaning the gutters on the roof and had to fend off one with the leaf blower i was using.

Today I'm aerating the lawn and 2 hit me like hammers on the neck.

OK, 4 teaspoons of Benadryl and a ice pack under my shirt i go out to finish,
being i had to get the rental back, looking like a hunch back,
and get whacked in the hand and ear in a different area of the lawn.

Killed one of the bastids. :D

I've been whacked before when stepping on nests but no nest in my lawn and certainly not in the parking lot or on my roof. :doh:

WTH :huh:

Its that time of year....they always get aggressive in the fall season.

They want to take you out before they go

they attack sweat....

if your sweaty ..... your gonna get stung...

certain perfumes trigger a similar response.

the african bees are similar, they hit ya like a kami kasi
jet fighter on a suicide mission... be thankful their not
in our area yet...

no buzzin ya...
just whack! whack!........ and its a done deal

TDF, if i find their nest they won't be goin anywhere, except up in flames. :hihi:
