Hard earned win! Lecester was awesome!! Don't anybody ever mention to me again anything about Veritek......the guy makes big plays...veteran plays!!! He is heads up at all times and I will take him over any other catcher in the bigs!!:buds::jump::cheers:

You can't tell me that the Manny / Bay trade didn't pay off for us.
Can you imagine Manny trying to score from second like Bay did?
He'd probably have to stop and either ask for diretions, ignore the 3rd base coach's signal or have to stop and use the john under the green monster.:smash:

When you listen to Lester talk, you can hear just how much Veritek is appreciated by the pitching staff. That's why he's the team captain.

Watching the game winning slide at home, you can tell that Bay, although he's never "been to the big dance", you can see he sure knows how to "dance"!

It also goes to show that if you make a mistake during the post-season play, the best teams know how to exploit those mistakes.

Right on about Tek, He knows his business....
