Work on getting the house ready to show on Sunday. Also have to get down to check on the boat.

The Dad Fisherman 11-14-2008 08:30 AM

Camping this weekend, I think my troop is trying to kill me....looked at the trip plan they created and we're not hiking up 1 mountain, not 2, but 3 different peaks. Granted they aren't big ones but I'm an old man and I think they know it.

I should have known it would just be a matter of time before they turned on me...and my son is the one in charge.

The Iceman 6 11-14-2008 08:44 AM

Funny Stuff TDF. Daughters have hockey tomorrow then I'll prob. bring them to Madacascar 2 per TY-19's recommendation. Sunday, they have a roller skating party. Other then that, chill out. Lobster is $449 a pound so gonna have a nice crustation Sunday night with some Red.

Ice

Uncle Matt 11-14-2008 11:34 AM

If I get a break in the weather I will finish raking for the year (YEAH!!!) and lime the crap out of the lawn and bushes before the ground freezes.
------
My boat is all put away so I may get under the tarp and start brainstorming about moving and upgrading my electronics. With the uncertainty of the economy it looks like I'll be keeping my boat for a few more years.

Clammer 11-14-2008 11:54 AM

fishin,s just started for me & the weather looks [GREAT]]

BrianS 11-14-2008 12:02 PM

You lucky dog! - water temp 42 and river flow at 750 cfs makes for some lively steelies. Take a few casts in the Glide for me.

Good luck.

I've been told by the dr's, that the wife's baby could come any day now, I guess I'll be sitting by the door this weekend with the bags packed and ready.

Don't do that, man. Your life is about to change forever. Take her to the best restaurant you can afford, order her a romantic dinner, gaze into her eyes......at which time her water will break, all hell will break loose, and 24 hours later you'll be standing there exhausted, deliriously happy, scared out of your wits, smack in the middle of the biggest miracle you could ever imagine. Enjoy.

It could take longer. The first time I would have been sitting for two weeks. I delivered the second one myself.
