may start to think about storing some of my gear for the long cold you know what...that is if i can off these effin crutches..

For me, definitely time to start packing gear away for the winter-which I hope is a short one.
Get together with a few friends...Patriot football...try to talk myself out of going to CMS next week

Pack all my gear up and store it away until...(gulp)...April! Hoping the wife makes the cut as layoffs are swirling at her job! Spend some time with the kids. Watch some footbal. Got some shop work to do!

Hop on a plane to florida this afternoon for reds snook and bones for the week.

Daughters have hockey on Saturday, maybe crank out a nice hike on Sunday. Drink some wine by the fire.

Yeah, I just checked my crabs on the patio - they're happy under a bed of bubbleweed - however looks like the eels are going to Green Bridge for a last minute pardon from the Guv - their tank temp is 36 degrees as of this AM -

Then poop around with gear organizing in my spare time and continue cleaning Uncle Crafty's Tackle Shack, I guess.

Gonna spend today not getting anything done I wanted to do because my wife works from home on Fridays!!!!! :wall:

I think I've got enough eels in the tackle shack freezer to keep you out of mischief for a while come Spring -

Today - Dropped boat off this morning for winterizing, etc. Now working from home then taking my wife to eye appt. Needs to get injections (yes, needle in eye) into her left eye due to scar tissue. She takes it like a champ and all I have to do is chauffeur her around.

Sat - Breaking down gear, cleaning and storing.

Sun - Relax with family and football

Then turkey day at my parents on Sunday.
