Celtic Anyone?
I am a big Celtic, Irish, music fan. I much prefer the progressive music coming out the few last decades but I like the traditional style too. There are some really great bands out now that can hold their own with any musicians out there. Got lots of it and am willing to trade.

Yes, by all means, the Corrs - as much as I enjoy listening to them I gotta admit they're even more fun to watch...
Damn, those sisters are HOT :humpty: I'll tell ya, reminds old Uncle Crafty of....nahhhh, nevermind, I'll enjoy that memory by myself...:smokin: And no, dammit, that's not what I mean, either :whackin: |
Might seem like an odd combination, but here's some Hendrix with a Celtic flavor:

How about the Corrs and the Chieftains:

Hmmm...nothing from the good Professor so far...
Paul, me boy, might you be sufferin' from a bout of the Irish flu after the missus' Christmas party? Not to worry, I've had a few holidays at the Hibernians that went better than others - it's within crawling distance of my house :hihi: |
LOL. I did partake in a wee bit of libation last nite. Just a pint or 2. I've got to keep up my family heritage, curse. It was every Irishman's dream too, open bar. Unfortunately the DJ was horrendous and played not a song I enjoyed and at 1 million decibels more than tolerable.
Before U2 Here is a great rock Irish band I was into at the time. 70's. Some really good sounds Horslips. Unfortunately not a lot on You Tube You may remember this one it got some airplay. The story of the Irish building America, doing all the dirty jobs.:uhuh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HHQ7kMXl7M Tullish http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQKLy...eature=related Love the poster in the beginning http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHdk9...eature=related |
