Does this sound like a scam ?
 

I put some plow stuff for sale on Craigslist to sell.
I get a few replies.
1st reply asking if the stuff is still available, I reply yes
I get another reply,

"Hi, I'm glad it's still available. I will pay you with a money order in the next 5-7 business days. I will also add $30 extra for the delay and also keep it in good favor. If this is acceptable to you eamil me your full name and adddress for the payment and also a contact number. arrangement for pick up will be after you must have recieved and cashed money order.

If you want the stuff it's cash only, and this sounds like a scam !



Today, I get another EXACT word for word email from a completely different email eddress !

someone who may not have access to cash, but has a credit limit may want to use their creditcard to get a money order..

but it may be a scam too... who knows.

Smells like a scam to me.

sounds like one of those Nigerian scams. Their english skills are terrible.

100% SCAM. anything with western union//money orders you cant trust nowadays, cash only. i wouldnt even trust paypal....too many stories out there of people paying, getting the shipment and then filing a complaint with paypal that item was never received or received broken and getting money back from paypal

No reason he can't cash the money order himself and give you cash.
