10' Harnell Spining rod

I was given this rod by my father some years ago, I use to use it but its a heavy rod and I have not hit the beach to fish in more then 7 years!
Any interest?? And no I do not see the fish, the rod looks to be painted and it has at least 20" of cork tape and a Tape on reel seat.
